    Everything was fantastic during 4 days, loved its comfortable and the best location near Forum Les Halles, all the attractions and the nightlife and musee du Louvre. The staff was especially helpful, showed us a clean pool onsite. Good food in the gourmet restaurant was the best part. Had a PLEASANT time.

    The staff was not happy.

    Comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

    We experienced the worst service imaginable . The rude female receptionist seemed to have no regard for our requests, and her angry demeanor was unacceptable. The room conditions were unacceptable, the lights in the corridors rarely worked, and the email responses from the concierge were laughably slow, practically nonexistent.

    Nice hotel. Breakfast for Paris is great! Champagne for breakfast, delicious croissants! Thank you so much! spa area is wonderful!

    Cushions, of course, are better than that. But that's if you pick on it hard.

    I loved being there, the place is relaxing and perfect.

    The breakfasts were sensational with Corn Flakes, both hot food directly from the kitchen, coffee after checking out early and amazing service. The location was marvellous, relatively close to The Centre Pompidou.

    Just a solid selection for a weekend outing in Paris with good value considering price it charged. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, quite good and included in the room rate. Make sure to check the shower pressure when you get in your room.

    The staff were helpful! It was my anniversary and they arranged flowers in our room, such a nice touch. There's a fantastic pool that's like, a perfect escape after a long day.
